Did you put a new  32GB micro SD card in it for expanded memory to see if it works faster? Don't Freak though if it shows 5 green arrow boxes on bottom with 45 updates available and you are not able to access your diagnostic software. Just touch the little house symbol on the lower tray, then the page emblem next to it and swipe the open Apps to the side to close them out, then reopen the MaxiSys App and then you're good again. If you want to get rid of car makes you won't ever use, click on Data manager , then select Apps Uninstall. Some times my MS908 doesn't seem to load up diagnostic software any faster than my old DS708, but the bottleneck could be the Vehicle itself or Autel just  rewrites the OE software to work in such convoluted ways in order to confuse copy right  lawyers and avoid paying as many software licensing fees as possible, and it just takes longer to get processed.

 I haven't attempted to back up anything yet on MaxiSys Pro because I read that once your sytem is updated your car software in scan folder backup made when you had a different system version won't work any longer as a backup.
